Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been activated or used. We do not offer refunds for IPTV subscriptions once the service has been delivered and confirmed working.
Important:
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
If the issue is related to your device compatibility, such as outdated or unsupported apps, devices, or operating systems.
If the issue is due to your internet connection, including unstable speeds, buffering, or regional ISP restrictions.
If your device fails to install or run IPTV apps properly.
If VPNs are required and not used where needed.

Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Technical issues on our end that prevent access to the service, verified by our support team.
Once your case is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
